Beyond commercial pursuits, Giang’s work delicately navigates the border between art and design. His thematic exploration often delves into the mapping of intangible data, the nexus of creative culture and community, historic preservation in the digital age, and the identities of cities and urban environments. His work is expressed through a versatile array of media, including graphic prints, publications, type design, creative coding, and digital experiences, to name a few.
TALKS/LECTURES
He has delivered numerous talks and workshops, including at the London Design Biennale (2018), Type Directors Club (2021), and the Vietnam Festival of Creativity & Design (2019–present). Additionally, he has presented and conducted workshops at various institutions such as RMIT University (Vietnam), Fulbright University (Vietnam), Bangkok University (Thailand), and Leicester University (UK).
